BLVCKHELICOPTERS is an eclectic music project by Michael Maus, an anarchist and digital creator from the United States, created to spread the idea of a better world without governments.
This project exists as resistance.
The modern state survives through narrative control. Propaganda, repetition, fear, and the slow conditioning of obedience are treated as normal. Culture is one of the most effective tools used to maintain that control.
BLVCKHELICOPTERS exists to disrupt it.
This is not a brand, a platform, or a career strategy. It is a signal. A transmission meant to cut through managed culture and remind people that authority is not legitimate by default. Governments do not rule by moral right. They rule by force, normalization, and the illusion of necessity.
I use AI-assisted tools as part of this project intentionally. Not to replace human intent, but to amplify it. Power relies on scale, speed, and reach. AI collapses those advantages. It allows a single individual to communicate with an efficiency that once required institutions, capital, and permission. That is precisely why it is treated as dangerous.
AI is more efficient than bureaucracy and more adaptive than ideology. When used consciously, it becomes a tool for counter-propaganda rather than control. Refusing effective tools while the state and corporations deploy them freely is not ethical restraint. It is voluntary disarmament.
The ethical implications of using AI were considered before adopting it. Energy use and waste are real concerns, but they are often weaponized selectively against small creators while governments, militaries, and corporations consume resources at a scale that goes unquestioned.
I deliberately mitigate my personal footprint. My lifestyle choices reduce consumption and waste in ways that materially outweigh the marginal cost of using AI-assisted tools for this project. In that context, the impact is negligible.
Ethics cannot be separated from outcomes.
A system that produces obedience while destroying the planet is not ethically superior to tools that accelerate dissent. Rebellious music, anti-authoritarian art, and counter-narratives carry long-term value that extends beyond individual consumption metrics. Challenging centralized power matters, especially when that power is responsible for the vast majority of environmental and human damage.
The message remains human.
Authority must justify itself.
Obedience is learned, not natural.
A free world does not require rulers, managers, or permission.
BLVCKHELICOPTERS rejects political branding, purity tests, and controlled opposition. This is not content engineered for approval, markets, or algorithms. It is a broadcast meant to disrupt complacency and challenge the myths that keep people compliant.
Technology is not the enemy.
Centralized power is.
Every available tool is used with intent, restraint, and purpose. Not for novelty. Not for excess. But to send a clear signal against coercion, hierarchy, and the idea that people need to be governed.
This is not escapism.
This is not performance.
This is not satire.
This is a transmission.
